Build your confidence in how you communicate at work
This module helps SF Express staff build confidence and a clear understanding of human behaviour in the workplace. Across six focused modules, you will develop practical skills in assertiveness, conflict management, and communication — and apply them directly to your day-to-day role.
The course is progressively interactive, with each module building on the last. Work through it at your own pace, and revisit any section whenever you need a refresher.
